The International Association of Korean Biblical Scholars (IAKBS) is a group of Korean biblical scholars from across the globe who convene to share their scholarly accomplishments, regularly publish scholarly content, and cultivate fellowship among one another. The group’s primary objective is to promote the study of the Bible and its interpretation through rigorous academic research and scholarship.
The association aims to provide a platform for scholars to engage in critical discussions, exchange ideas, and collaborate on research projects. Through its activities, the association aims to advance the field of biblical studies and contribute to the development of new insights into the Bible’s meaning and significance. The association’s members are committed to upholding the highest standards of academic excellence and integrity in their work, striving to make a positive impact on the world through their scholarship. Additionally, this group will also pursue the interpretation of the minority in understanding Asian, Korean, and non-western context.
